As well as making custom quilts, Q offers hand-guided custom machine quilting services. Each quilt is custom designed and quilted to your specifications. The quilting, done by Timna Tarr, uses free-motion quilting without the aid of computerized programs. Since starting her business in 2001, Timna has commercially quilted over 700 quilts.

Timna's work has been seen in Quilting Arts Magazine, American Quilter Magazine, The Quilter Magazine, the International Quilt Festival, international traveling exhibits, as well as in local galleries. Timna's quilt "Orphan Blossoms" was the Signature Quilt of the International Quilt Festival/Long Beach 2011.

Timna comes from a long line of hand-quilters. She originally resisted learning the art while growing up, but was eventually drawn to all aspects of quilting after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and dabbling in other media. Timna is a member of Studio Art Quilt Associates, American Quilter's Society and the Hands Across the Valley Quilters Guild.
