Q offers hand-guided custom machine quilting services. Each quilt is custom designed and quilted to your specifications. The quilting, done by Timna Tarr, uses free-motion quilting without the aid of computerized programs. Since starting her business in 2001, Timna has commercially quilted over 600 quilts.

Timna's work has been seen in Quilting Arts Magazine, American Quilter Magazine, The Quilter Magazine, the International Quilt Festival in Houston and Chicago, international traveling exhibits, as well as in local galleries. Timna has also won Curator's Choice in the Robert Kaufman Quilt Quest miniatures challenge. You can see more of her work at "In the American Tradition", a special exhibit at the 2009-2010 International Quilt Festival.

Timna comes from a long line of hand-quilters. She originally resisted learning the art while growing up, but was eventually drawn to all aspects of quilting after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and dabbling in other media. Timna is a member of the American Quilter's Society and the Hands Across the Valley Quilters Guild.
